We currently ship physical products only within the USA. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

At SquadraCanvas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, please note the following:

 

  • Digital products (downloads and personalized files) are non-refundable and cannot be returned once delivered.

     

  • Physical products (such as pillowcases) are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@squadracanvas.com within 7 days of receipt. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or suitable solution.
